Portrait Package Pricing

PORTRAIT PACKAGE PRICING EFFECTIVE January 2011:

Please note:  Several additional poses are taken during each photo session to enable you to choose from a selection of unedited proofs.  All images selected will then be retouched.  You are always welcome to add additional proofs to your package.  Prices range from $10 to $40, depending on the number of people in the image. 

I will not be photographing large families (more than 8 people), groups (more than 8 people) or weddings in 2011.  Thank you for understanding. 

Customized packages are available, if you are not able to find a package that meets your needs or budget.  

Deluxe Senior Portrait Package:  $350
Price includes sitting fee for one location and 12 poses, proofs in a mini-album, 8 proofs in a quality tri-fold portfolio, 20 wallet-sized portraits, the digital images on CD with a copyright release.  


Standard Senior Portrait Package: $250
Price includes the sitting fee for one location and 8 poses, proofs in a mini-album, 20 wallet-sized portraits, and the digital images on CD with a copyright release.

Basic Senior Portrait Package:  $200
Price includes the sitting fee for one location and 5 poses, proofs in a mini-album, 10 wallet-sized portraits and the digital images on CD.

Dance Portrait Package: $25 per couple
Price includes the sitting fee for one location. Each couple receives 2-5x7s and 4 wallets OR 2 CDs with copyrights to reproduce the images and for use on Facebook. The group leader/coordinator receives a $5 discount. (A CD may be added to the print package for an additional $10 per CD. CDs may not be reproduced or shared.)


Individual Portrait Package: $30
Price includes two poses on-location in my backyard and two images on CD (no prints). 

Standard Family Portrait Package:  $100
Price includes the sitting fee for a single-family of up to 5 people with 2 poses at one location, a CD of the digital images. (Add $20 for each additional pose. Please add $10 for each additional person or pet.)

Deluxe Family Portrait Package:  $225
Price includes the sitting fees for one location for one family of up to 5 people.  It includes the following poses:  family, each individual child, all of the children together, and the couple.  A mini-album of your proofs and a CD of the digital images are also included. (Please add $10 for each additional person or pet.)

Friendship Portraits: $75 min./or $25 per person
Price includes sitting fee for one location and 1 CD per person of the digital images.

Engagement or Bridal Package: $150
Price includes sitting fee for one location and 6 poses, proofs in a mini-album, and the digital images on CD.

Little Princess or Little Rascal Package:  $120
Price includes sitting fee at one location, 8 poses, proofs in a mini-album, and the digital images on CD.

Mini Newborn Package:  $75
Price includes a session on-location in my home, 2 poses, and the digital images on CD.

Tiny Feet Newborn Package Special: $125Price includes sitting on-location in my home, 8 poses, proofs in a mini-album, and the digital images on CD.

Sports and/or Team Packages:
Team Portrait Package = $10 per player
Package includes 1-5X7.

 Individual Player Portrait Packages = $15 per player 
Package includes 1-5X7 and 4 wallets.

Memory Mate Package = $25
Package includes 1-5X7 team portrait and 1-3X5 individual portrait in a memory mate, as well as 4 wallet-sized portraits of the individual player.


Shipping and Handling: $5 minimum
Please let me know if you wish to have your portraits or CDs mailed to you. Shipping and handling charges apply and are a minimum of $5. Portraits will be mailed in photo-safe mailers and CDs will be mailed in padded mailers through the US Postal Service. 

Gift Certificates are also available for purchase.

Payment in full is due prior to your portrait session. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your portrait order to be processed.

Recommendations for your photo session:

• Limit wardrobe changes to 2 or 3 outfits. Coordinate outfits with any props you choose to bring to the session.
• Write down any ideas for poses you would like to include in your session. 
• Please make sure clothes are clean, ironed, and free of animal hair and lint.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun the week prior to your session to avoid sunburn, peeling, or splotchy skin. Wearing chapstick will help protect your lips so they aren't chapped or cracked.
• Pay attention to your hands when getting ready for your portrait session. Your nails should be cleaned and neatly manicured. If you are painting your nails, choose a color that will compliment the outfits you choose. 
• If you are considering getting your haircut, do it at least one week before your session.
• If you wear glasses, please consider removing your glasses OR removing the lenses from the frames for the session to prevent glare.
• Choose colors that compliment your skin tone and facial features, especially your eyes. Skin and hair products containing glitter are not recommended. 
• Solid colors or simple patterns photograph best. 
• Groups should consider wearing similar outfits or outfits in the same color hues for the best results.
